1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bad99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bad99 gaming platform available at bad99.bet. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service offered by bad99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of bad99 constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a bad99 account you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active cooling-off period in place at the time of registration.

bad99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If a player fails to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time, bad99 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on bad99. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on bad99 you are required to provide the following accurate and current information:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth. You must be 21 or older at the time of registration.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bad99 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bad99 will never ask for your password in any support communication. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bad99 support immediately at [email protected]. bad99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bad99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bad99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The Platform does not charge conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made on bad99:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. bad99 does not accept deposits via third-party accounts or accounts that are not registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits are credited to your bad99 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• bad99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger anti-money-laundering checks, in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bad99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). bad99 may request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but bad99 aims to complete verified withdrawals promptly.
• Funds that have been credited as a result of a bonus and have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until rollover conditions are satisfied in full.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bad99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once.
• bad99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if the offer has not already been credited to a player's account.
• Players found to be abusing bonus promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, placing low-risk bets to satisfy rollover conditions, or creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.
• Free spin promotions, if offered, are subject to the same general bonus conditions. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bad99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment methods, false identity, or manipulated payment references.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money or use bad99 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players.
• Registering under a false name, date of birth, or mobile number, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to bypass eligibility checks.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bad99 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and support tickets.

bad99 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where prohibited activity is detected, bad99 may freeze the account and associated funds immediately pending a formal investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

bad99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. bad99 provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and are available at no charge.

Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to contact bad99 support or to self-exclude. bad99 takes all responsible gaming requests seriously. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. bad99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Game outcomes on bad99 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. bad99 does not accept responsibility for player decisions made during gameplay, including decisions to continue playing, to increase stake sizes, or to forfeit potential winnings by closing a position early. The Player acknowledges that all gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bad99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bad99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of bad99 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of bad99 should be submitted in the first instance to bad99 support at [email protected]. bad99 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, the matter will be escalated through bad99's internal dispute resolution process. The decisions reached through this process are final and binding. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
